Chod StineChod Stine paints in his studio in Key West Florida. He moved there after raising a family and painting in Idaho and Ohio, the latter his home state. He has a variety of interests and styles. Favorite subjects include sports which he paints because of the action and vibrant color; people, present and past, especially in Key West where Hemmingway fished and wrote, boys peddled Spanish limes in the streets and Cuban baseball players entertained the Island locals. Whimsical night scenes, local flora and fauna and mystical ocean mermaids also fill his canvases.
